You need a valid Category A (motorcycle) license. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is strongly recommended if your license is not in English or Thai. Most international licenses are accepted — message us if you're unsure about your specific license.

A valid Category B (car) driver's license is required. International Driving Permits are accepted. Your home country license is valid if it includes car authorization.

No. We do not confiscate or hold passports. A monetary deposit is required (amount varies by vehicle — see each vehicle page). Your passport is only used for ID verification at handover, then returned immediately.

Yes. The prices shown on each vehicle page are the actual daily rental rates — no surprise fees at handover. Prices shown are per day and vary by rental duration (1-day, 3–6 days, 7+ days).

Deposits range from ฿4,000 for entry-level bikes to ฿25,000 for premium models (Harley-Davidson Breakout, BMW S1000RR). Every vehicle page shows the exact deposit. Deposits are paid in cash at handover and returned when the vehicle is returned in the same condition.

The deposit is returned in cash when you return the vehicle. We conduct a joint inspection at return. Deductions are only made for actual documented damage — not for minor wear or pre-existing marks documented at handover.

Yes. The 3–6 day rate is approximately 10% lower per day than the 1-day rate. The 7+ day rate is approximately 20% lower. Prices are displayed on each vehicle page. For monthly rentals, contact us directly.

Yes. We deliver to any address on Phuket island — hotel lobby, villa, airbnb, beach club. Give us your address when booking. Delivery is typically included, though an additional charge may apply for distant locations.

Yes. We can deliver directly to Phuket International Airport. Confirm timing and specific pickup point when booking.

Yes. Our office is at 444/2 Patak Road, Karon. Open daily 10:00–19:00 GMT+7.

Approximately 15 minutes. We complete a joint vehicle inspection, go through the paperwork, and hand over the keys. You'll also receive a support number to reach us during your rental.

Basic insurance is included with every rental. It covers third-party liability. For full details on coverage, excess amounts, and exclusions, contact us before booking — we'll explain exactly what's covered for your chosen vehicle.

Contact us immediately on the support number provided at handover. We'll arrange assistance. Minor mechanical issues due to normal use are handled free of charge.

For popular models (BMW S1000RR, Ducati XDiavel, Harley-Davidson Breakout, convertibles), we recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance, especially during high season (November–April). For other models, same-day booking is often possible.

Yes, subject to availability. Message us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return if you want to extend. We'll confirm and adjust the paperwork.

Since no payment is required to reserve, cancellations before the rental starts have no financial penalty. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can release the vehicle for other customers.
